InterContinental Sorrento Mornington Peninsula is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our welcoming, internationally minded team. You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle bookings with warmth and efficiency.

Experience in Front Office or Opera PMS is highly regarded; strong communication, problem solving, and a proactive approach to guest needs are essential. Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, is required.

• Experience in Front Office or related guest services is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with guests.
• Ability to resolve issues and turn challenges into memorable experiences.

• Fluency in the local language with basic computer skills.
