Vactor, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Growth Manager to lead identification and prioritization of growth opportunities across the product line. You will drive market research, evaluate adjacent markets, and collaborate with senior leaders to shape strategic growth plans.

You will develop product specifications for development teams, promote competitive strategies, define value propositions, and help craft marketing plans and training programs. Occasional travel up to 25% is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 5+ years in Marketing, Engineering, Service, Sales or related roles in mobile equipment.
• Demonstrates initiative and competitiveness.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to understand processes and equipment.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to build strategic customer relationships with executives.
• Excellent writing and communication to convey customer voice.
• Willingness to train in pragmatic marketing and business financials.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Mansioni

• Identify and Analyze Growth Opportunities for the Product Line(s)
• Lead the process of collecting, evaluating, and prioritizing growth ideas to maintain a quantified product roadmap
• Conduct and/or manage market research to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities
• Evaluate adjacent product lines and markets as potential growth opportunities
• Collaborate with business leaders to author sections of strategic growth plans
• Evaluate requests for RFQ’s and options relative to the business opportunity and define customer expectations
• Develop product specifications for development teams and define product requirements
• Work with all departments to ensure customer-driven developments meet expectations
• Develop, promote, and track effectiveness of competitive strategies
• Collect and communicate competitive intelligence; formulate winning strategies
• Develop pricing strategies with Sales and Leadership
• Define, communicate, and promote the product’s value propositions
• Ensure consistency of messaging in marketing collateral, sales tools, and training
• Drive development of marketing plans and provide content for promotions
• Attend regional and national conferences and tradeshows
• Manage and develop Associate Product Manager
• Other projects and duties as assigned.
