TikTok is offering a Business Development Intern position (TikTok Shop Operations) for a 12-week summer program in 2027. You will work with the Business Development Team to identify and onboard merchants, provide development strategies, and support growth on TikTok Shop.

You will lead merchant qualification, assist with onboarding, product listings, and campaigns, while collaborating with account managers to analyze category growth and track performance.

Formación

• Currently studying a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Available to commit to 12 weeks during Summer 2027.
• Understanding of TikTok and TikTok Shop from a customer perspective/in-app experience.
• Experience with Excel and delivering actionable insights.
• Data-driven with strong execution, attention to detail, good communication, collaborative, and good time management.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and onboard e-commerce brands/merchants and provide development strategies.
• Lead qualification and identification of sellers for onboarding based on lead lists and research.
• Support merchant acquisition, initial product listings and sales.
• Assist outreach via email campaigns and calls to book meetings.
• Collaborate with account managers to analyze category growth opportunities and merchant performance.
• Track post-campaign performance and support campaigns.
