Kyndryl Italia S.p.A. is seeking a Data & AI Consult Practice Leader to drive growth and position the practice in Italy, combining business leadership with technical vision.

You will shape transformation roadmaps with senior stakeholders, lead GTM strategies, and oversee delivery of AI‑enabled solutions across industries. This role offers a dynamic, hybrid‑friendly culture and opportunities to work with global experts.

Competenze

• 3+ years in Data & AI consulting practice with business development and delivery.
• 10–15 years in Data & AI consulting with client-facing roles.
• Deep understanding of Analytics, Data Science, AI and Generative AI in enterprises.
• Experience delivering AI-powered solutions using Databricks, Snowflake and cloud platforms.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management; ability to work with C‑level stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead the expansion of the Data & AI consulting business in Italy.
• Define go-to-market strategies and support sales initiatives.
• Build and manage partnerships with hyperscalers and data/AI platforms.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; define AI/data transformation roadmaps.
• Define service offerings, methodologies, and ensure delivery quality.
• Represent Kyndryl at industry events and contribute to content creation.
