AURELIUS Growth Italy is seeking a Managing Director (m/f/d) to take full end-to-end responsibility for investments across the holding period. You will lead on-site management teams and partner with the investment and operations teams to drive strategy, performance and value creation.

The role requires extensive travel (relocation not required). You will define the strategy, build the team, steer workstreams and optimize financing structures, guiding portfolio companies toward successful exits

• Broad, hands-on operational responsibility as Managing Director or CEO in a mid-cap environment.
• P&L responsibility of at least an eight-figure amount.

As we begin to expand our AURELIUS Growth operations in Italy we are seeking leaders to join us as: **Managing Director (m/f/d) – Buy & Build | Value Creation | Portfolio Management** In the role of Managing Director, you take full end-to-end responsibility for AURELIUS Growth’s investments throughout the entire holding period. You support colleagues in the investment team during execution of the initial transactions across Strategy and Commercial Due Diligence, and from acquisition onward you assume comprehensive operational and strategic responsibility for the success of these investments. You lead the on-site management teams and serve as the point of contact for all operational and strategic matters, both for the management of the portfolio companies and at the holding level. In your role, you define the strategy, the team, and on-the-ground efficiency measures. In addition, you steer the workstreams and, together with the AURELIUS Growth team, optimize the financing structure of each investment. You are committed to competitiveness, profitability, and the sustainable increase of enterprise value, and you will also successfully accompany the companies through the exit process at the end of the holding period.
