ShippyPro is seeking a Paid Growth Specialist to own multi-channel growth from acquisition to activation. You’ll design experiments, optimize CAC and ROI, and build a content flywheel that drives inbound growth.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales and Customer Experience, leveraging HubSpot and AI tools to accelerate execution. Join a fast-moving, data-driven team in a growing global logistics space.

Competenze

• 5 years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of driving measurable results across multiple channels
• Strong analytical mindset — you turn data into decisions, not just dashboards
• Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
• Solid understanding of SEO and content-driven growth strategies
• Growth hacking mindset — you spin up landing pages, hijack a channel creatively, and extract customer signal fast
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Italian or other European languages are a plus

Mansioni

• Build and execute multi-channel growth campaigns across paid, organic, email, and referral
• Design and run experiments to improve acquisition, activation, and retention
• Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and beyond — optimizing for CAC and ROI
• Build and scale a content flywheel that feeds SEO and inbound growth
• Set up and optimize lifecycle flows and nurture sequences in HubSpot
• Monitor and report on key metrics: CAC, LTV, MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates
• Leverage AI tools to automate, personalize, and accelerate campaign execution
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience to align on growth priorities
