Stone Island in Milan is seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to drive the growth of our e-commerce business through performance-driven campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Affiliate channels.

You will work with the Digital Marketing Lead, e-commerce team and external agencies to optimize ROI, traffic quality and online conversions, translating data into actionable insights.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics or related field.
• 2+ years experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance and customer acquisition.
• Fluent English.
• Experience working with external agencies and managing performance-driven projects.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics and digital performance measurement tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into business actions.

Mansioni

• Support planning, execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliate channels.
• Collaborate with external media agencies on Paid Media and SEO initiatives.
• Analyze campaign and business performance data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Partner with E-commerce team to monitor digital performance and online sales objectives.
• Work with Brand Media team to deliver an integrated full-funnel approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and brand moments.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to improve effectiveness.
