Stone Island is seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Team at the Stone Island HQ in Milan. You will drive performance marketing initiatives across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO and Affiliate channels to maximize ROI and online sales.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Lead, you will analyze data, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance and customer acquisition.
Fluent English in written and spoken communication.
Experience working with external agencies and managing performance-driven projects.
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
Good knowledge of Google Analytics and digital performance measurement tools.

Mansioni

Support the planning, execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliate channels.
Collaborate closely with external media agencies on Paid Media and SEO initiatives, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to maximize results.
Analyze campaign and business performance data, providing insights and recommendations to improve budget allocation, audience strategy, creative effectiveness and channel efficiency.
Partner with the E-commerce team to monitor digital business performance and contribute to the achievement of online sales objectives.
Work alongside the Brand Media team to ensure an integrated full-funnel media approach, delivering a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including E-commerce, Merchandising, Brand Media and Social Media teams, to support product launches, commercial activations and key brand moments.
Monitor market trends, digital innovations and emerging technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and performance.
