Page Executive is seeking a CEO-style leader to drive a PE-backed intralogistics group through ambitious domestic and international expansion. You will act as the central driver across all functions, shaping strategy, governance, and the growth agenda to deliver profitability and value creation.

You will represent the company to key customers and partners while strengthening the commercial organisation and operational excellence.

Competenze

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering, or comparable technical discipline.
Proven track record in intralogistics or related manufacturing/commercial environments.
Experience in leading sales organisations and distribution networks.

Mansioni

Coordinate all business functions and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Lead development and strengthening of the commercial organisation, and represent the company to key customers, distributors, and agents.
Own P&L performance and drive growth, efficiency and financial results.
Optimize operational and project management processes to increase agility.
Develop annual budget, forecasts, and multi-year strategic plan for Board review.
