Job summary

Page Executive is seeking a strategic leader to drive the growth of a private equity-backed intralogistics group. You will lead across functions, shaping strategy, governance, and the growth agenda to deliver profitability and value creation.

Represent the company to key customers and partners while strengthening the commercial organisation and operational excellence. This is a high-impact role to transform the business and align operations with the investment thesis.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering or comparable technical discipline.
Proven track record in intralogistics or related manufacturing/commercial environments.
Experience in leading sales organisations and distribution networks.

Responsibilities

Lead development and strengthening of the commercial organisation, and represent the company to key customers, distributors, and agents.
Own P&L performance and drive growth, efficiency and financial results.
Coordinate all business functions and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Optimize operational and project management processes to increase agility.
Develop annual budget, forecasts, and multi-year strategic plan for Board review.
Identify operational challenges, implement corrective actions, and rationalize product portfolio for standardization and scale.
Support expansion and diversification of business lines in line with market opportunities.
