Job summary

Page Executive is seeking a CEO to lead a PE-backed intralogistics group in a strategic expansion across domestic and international markets. You will drive governance, growth, and profitability, acting as the central leader across all functions and representing the company to key customers and partners.

The role requires a track record in intralogistics or related manufacturing, plus strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

Proven track record in intralogistics or related manufacturing environments.
Experience in leading sales organisations and distribution networks.
Strong analytical and strategic capabilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all business functions and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Lead development of the commercial organisation and represent the company to customers and partners.
Own P&L performance and drive growth, efficiency and financial results.
Optimize operational and project management processes to increase agility.
Develop annual budget, forecasts, and multi-year strategic plan for Board review.
Identify operational challenges, implement corrective actions, and rationalize product portfolio for standardization and scale.
Support expansion and diversification of business lines in line with market opportunities.
Lead strategy with private equity guidance and align operations with investment thesis.
Demonstrate outstanding communication, leadership, and people-building skills.
Synthesize complex information and align with the investment strategy.
