Job summary

Chromavis Fareva seeks a Group Controlling & Finance Transformation Manager to own financial planning and controlling for the Make-Up Business Unit, coordinating Budget, Forecast and long-term planning. The successful candidate will lead Finance transformation, promote BI, automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and support business decisions.

Responsibilities include planning & forecasting, performance management, cost control, financial reporting standardization, and driving process

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• ACCA/CIMA/CPA certification is a plus.
• Experience in international manufacturing environment preferred.

• Financial Control: Standardize reporting, month-end closing processes, balance sheet reviews and key financial controls.
• Finance Transformation: Simplify and standardize Finance processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual activities.
• Data, BI & Automation: Develop automated reporting systems and implement AI and automation solutions for the Finance function.

We are looking for a Group Controlling & Finance Transformation Manager who will be responsible for the financial planning and controlling of the Make-Up Business Unit, coordinating Budget, Forecast and Long-Term Planning processes.

The successful candidate will also lead Finance transformation and process optimization projects, promoting the use of Business Intelligence, automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and support business decision-making.

Specifically:

• Planning & Forecasting: Coordinate Budget, Forecast and planning processes across the Business Unit.
• Performance Management: Consolidate and analyze financial performance, identifying variances, risks and opportunities.
• Costs & Profitability: Monitor OPEX, production costs and profitability, driving cost-optimization initiatives.
• Financial Control: Standardize reporting, month-end closing processes, balance sheet reviews and key financial controls.
• Finance Transformation: Simplify and standardize Finance processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual activities.
• Data, BI & Automation: Develop automated reporting systems and implement AI and automation solutions for the Finance function.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field. ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent certification is considered a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in Finance, with strong expertise in Controlling, FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Reporting, preferably in an international manufacturing environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Oracle is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of AI, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics tools applied to Finance.
• Experience in Finance process automation.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC/Italian GAAP), IFRS and Italian tax regulations, with a good understanding of international tax principles.
