Intermedia Selection represents an Italian industrial group seeking an experienced Accounting, Reporting and FP&A Manager to reinforce its finance function in Umbria. The role merges business partnering with FP&A, governance and compliance, overseeing budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting while guiding a small team and coordinating with auditors.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field. Professional accounting qualifications are considered a plus.
• Proven finance experience, preferably 10+ years within international organizations.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and performance management experience.
• Demonstrated business partnering experience.
• Solid accounting and reporting background.
• External audit experience, preferably Big 4, is an advantage.
• ERP transformation experience is a strong advantage.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Mansioni

• Lead annual budget, forecasts and planning processes; coordinate assumptions across functions; provide management with actionable analyses versus budget, forecast and prior year; develop business cases and scenario analyses.
• Act as trusted Finance business partner to Commercial, Operations and Supply Chain leaders; support decision-making with financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate tax compliance and statutory reporting activities with external advisors; oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close and reporting.
• Act as Finance sponsor for transformation initiatives; drive automation and standardization of reporting.
• Lead and develop the local Accounting and FP&A team; foster ownership and continuous improvement.
