Job summary

Thales Alenia Space in Italy is seeking an Avionic S/S Responsible to analyse customer needs, formalise specifications and lead system integration activities across hardware and software domains.

You will define test plans, carry out IVVQ activities, and ensure coherence of the system design while mentoring teams and guiding development, testing and validation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or university program.
• Proven experience in software and/or hardware, systems engineering and IVVQ activities.
• Desire to continuously update expertise and design innovative solutions for customers.
• Ability to contribute in conception, requirements management, development, test, integration or validation.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand customer needs through studies, simulations, models, prototypes.
• Formalise specifications and system architecture for customer solutions.
• Prepare and execute integration, verification and validation tests.
• Define system-level test plans and procedures.
• Ensure coherence of system design, interfaces and performance.
