Opdenergy seeks a Grid Connection Engineer to support ongoing and future projects in Italy. You will manage the grid connection process with operators, draft HV connection applications, and analyze technical feasibility across project phases.

The role requires 2–3 years in renewables grid connections, HV substation experience, and fluency in English. Hybrid or remote work is available with periodic visits to offices in Italy.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering.
• 2–3 years' experience in electrical connections for renewables.
• Experience with HV substations construction.
• Knowledge of Italian grid process and Terna.

Mansioni

• Manage full grid connection process with operators.
• Draft and submit HV grid connection applications.
• Analyze technical outcomes and feasibility.
• Support development and permitting phases.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and Project Managers.
• Assist tender processes for interconnection works.
• Supervise grid connection works during construction.
• Conduct site surveys and audits.
