Opdenergy is seeking a Grid Connection Engineer to support ongoing and future renewable energy projects in Italy. The role focuses on managing grid connection processes, drafting HV applications, and coordinating with grid operators, engineers, and legal teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience in electrical connections for renewables, HV substations, and familiarity with Italian grid procedures. Hybrid or remote work with visits to Bologna offices is offered.

Competenze

Degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering required.
2–3 years in electrical connections for renewable plants.
Experience in HV substations construction.
Familiarity with Italian Grid Connection Process (TICA) and Terna procedures.
Ability to read electrical diagrams and project drawings.

Mansioni

Manage the grid connection process with grid operators such as e-distribuzione and Terna.
Draft and submit medium and high voltage grid connection applications.
Analyze technical outcomes and verify feasibility.
Support development, permitting, and electrical design activities.
Coordinate with legal, permitting, and project management teams.
Estimate costs and schedule grid interconnection works.
Assist in tender processes for grid interconnection and contract preparation.
Supervise engineering and construction activities related to grid connection.
Participate in commissioning phases and perform site surveys.
