Lilly Italia is seeking a motivated Maintenance & Reliability Intern to join our Cartridges Production area at the Sesto Fiorentino site. This six-month internship offers hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment, supporting preventive maintenance on production equipment and reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

You will collect and analyze data, support technical evaluations, and help prioritize activities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency while

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Engineering as required.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive mindset.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Data Collection: Gather information on maintenance types and frequencies from production systems and on-site observations.
• Technical Analysis: Study and analyze data to identify optimization opportunities and propose prioritization criteria for maintenance activities.
• Maintenance Optimization: Support the design and implementation of preventive maintenance strategies to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, HSE, and Operations to align activities with safety and quality standards.
• Knowledge Development: Learn production equipment and maintenance strategies within a GMP-regulated setting.
