Aenova Group in Carugate (MI), Italy, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the site's maintenance function, ensuring reliability, compliance, and efficiency of equipment, utilities, and facilities.

You will develop maintenance strategies, drive operational performance, and manage external providers within a GMP-regulated environment. The role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across Quality, EHS, and Production.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or related discipline.
• Experience leading maintenance in GMP-regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management, asset reliability, and facilities/infrastructure.

Mansioni

• Define and implement maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and lifecycle performance.
• Ensure effective maintenance planning and execution while driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee the performance, compliance, and efficiency of facility and utility systems.
• Partner with Production, Quality, EHS, and other stakeholders to ensure GMP compliance.
• Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective actions to improve asset performance.
• Manage external contractors, budgets, and service agreements.
