Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a GT Product Configuration Manager to lead Turbines configuration for new units and service projects, coordinating with Industrial, Energy, and O&G customers and BH leadership. The role focuses on cost optimization, standardization, and timely delivery across global teams.

The position requires a engineering degree, strong leadership, English fluency, and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in engineering or related field.
Proven ability to coordinate projects and GT development programs.
Experience in Turbomachinery engineering and gas turbine systems.
Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills.
Proven leadership and decision‑making abilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset and result‑oriented.
English fluency; EU work permit; travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Lead Turbines product excellence at TAEE from proposal to order.
Coordinate external collaborators and promote growth through secondment.
Collaborate with Turbines Platform for standardization and cost-efficiency.
Coordinate issues related to product cost, industrialization, and standardization.
Ensure on-time project delivery with Gas Technology Equipment Engineering.
Coordinate with Commercials and Applications; align tasks with configurations and update Turbines material.
