Baker Hughes is seeking a Gas Turbine Carbon Capture Program Manager to lead the decarbonization program for turbines and coordinate with CCUS, CTS, GTE and EE functions. The role partners with external vendors and customers to drive program success.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in program management, engineering or energy management, and is ready to travel internationally while fluent in English. The position offers flexible patterns and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business and/or mechanical/chemical engineering, energy management or equivalent.
• Experience in program or project management, preferably in oil & gas or industrial markets.
• Proven communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to influence teams.
• Self-starter with initiative to solve problems and provide resolutions.
• Willingness to travel internationally to visit customers' partners, suppliers, consultants and Baker Hughes locations as needed.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Developing the program execution plan with required business functions and milestones.
• Establishing proper maintenance and adequate reporting of the Program schedule and budget.
• Managing corrective actions to minimize or eliminate variances to schedule, risks and/or budget.
• Leading the Program’s day-to-day management and driving execution to meet product requirements.
• Leading recurring Program status review meetings.
• Reporting the overall Program status, risks and outlooks.
