RINA is seeking a Global Travel Manager to oversee the global travel framework and KPIs, ensuring policy adoption and smooth operations across locations from Genoa. You will design dashboards, monitor costs, and optimize supplier performance while aligning with ESG targets.

The role requires leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and fluency in Italian and English to support global teams and stakeholders within the Global Travel & Mobility division.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Mobility Management, or related fields.
• 5-7 years of experience in travel/travel implementation contract operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex suppliers.
• Advanced analytical and KPI-design skills (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to guide cross-functional and regional teams.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Oversee travel governance and operations across locations, ensuring policy and process adoption.
• Manage relationships with travel suppliers and contracts, monitoring performance via KPIs.
• Design and maintain travel dashboards, track performance, and report insights.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and benchmark against industry standards.
• Support policy management, training, and compliance across regions.
• Collaborate with HR, Procurement, Finance and regional offices to drive change.
