RINA in Genoa, Italy, seeks a Global Travel Manager to lead the travel governance, operations, and analytics for the Global Travel & Mobility division. The role emphasizes policy adherence, KPI dashboards, and cost optimization while coordinating with local offices and suppliers.

Ideal candidate has 5–7 years in travel management, fluency in Italian and English, and strong leadership with cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Mobility Management, or related fields.
5-7 years of experience in travel/travel implementation contract operations.
Proven ability to manage complex suppliers.
Advanced analytical and KPI-design skills (Power BI/Tableau).
Fluency in Italian and English
Strong leadership, communication, and ability to guide cross-functional and regional teams.

Mansioni

Travel Governance & Operations: Oversee travel process through the OBT and new tool; ensure uniform policy adoption.
Supplier & Contract Management: Manage relationships with travel agencies, hotels, car rentals, airlines, and mobility platforms; monitor KPIs.
Monitoring, KPIs & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain travel dashboards; track performance and trends.
Cost Optimization & Strategy: Identify opportunities for contract optimization and cost-benefit analyses.
Mobility Policy Management: Ensure global adherence to travel policy and training.
Risk, Safety & Compliance: Monitor incidents and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Procurement, Finance, and regional offices.
