Job summary

YellowSquare is seeking a Social Media Manager to shape and manage its social presence across Rome, Milan, Florence and Athens, working with the Marketing team and on‑the‑ground crews. You will build an editorial plan, create content for Instagram and TikTok, and translate travel moments into compelling posts that resonate with audiences.

You will write authentic English copy, spot trends, grow the online community, and oversee campaigns on Meta while analyzing performance to refine strategies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing social media for a brand, project or community.
• Ability to own an editorial calendar independently.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, beyond posting.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage our editorial content plan, from ideas to publishing.
• Create content for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Turn events, stories and travel experiences into shareable content.
• Write copy in English that sounds natural.
• Spot trends without blindly following every trend.
• Manage and grow our online community.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta with targeting and budgeting.
