Job summary

Italy Pass Tours is seeking a proven Social Media Marketing Specialist to own our social media presence, drive growth, engagement, and tour bookings. You will develop, execute, and optimise campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn, including Reels and video content.

The role requires hands-on content creation, on-camera presence, and the ability to translate trends into measurable business results. Strong certificates and a portfolio are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of directly relevant experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Certifications and verifiable proof of professional experience are mandatory.
• Portfolio showing campaigns, Reels, TikToks, and measurable results.

Italy Pass Tours is seeking a highly skilled, creative, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our social media presence and drive real growth, engagement, and tour bookings.

Strict Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of directly relevant experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Relevant certificates and verifiable proof of professional experience are mandatory.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous campaigns, Reels, TikToks, and measurable results.
• Expert knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, with strong working knowledge of Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, performance tracking, and optimization.
• Ability to independently plan strategies, film, edit, create, and publish engaging content.
• Must be confident on camera and willing to appear in videos and participate in tours.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, audience growth, paid advertising, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
