EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Travel Security Manager to safeguard personnel during domestic and international travel. You will manage risk analyses, emergency response planning, and the implementation of security policies in line with Duty of Care obligations.

The role covers training, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with Risk, HR, and Legal teams to maintain high standards of travel safety and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Experience in similar roles or law enforcement and security consulting.
• Knowledge of crisis management protocols and travel risk management best practices.
• Professional certifications such as Travel Security Manager are a plus.

Mansioni

• Risk assessment and management for business travel destinations.
• Develop and implement travel security policy and procedures.
• Provide planning and support before, during, and after travel.
• Handle emergencies or crises involving personnel in transit.
• Deliver security training and awareness programs.
• Monitor global security risks and coordinate with external analysts as needed.
• Manage relationships with external security service providers.
