EssilorLuxottica is seeking an Information Security Governance specialist to manage the Identity Lifecycle and SoD initiatives. You will coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to implement governance policies and drive risk management across the organization.

The role focuses on awareness, training, RBAC library maintenance, and cross‑functional project coordination within SAP modules and enterprise systems. Strong English skills and security knowledge are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, IT, CS, engineering or similar.
• 2+ years in ICT risk management or security with focus on identity management and SoD.
• Proficiency with SAP Basis and SAP GRC tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Mansioni

• Plan and manage Information Security Master Plan activities and budgets.
• Oversee policy/procedure implementation; report risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Design and deliver awareness campaigns, trainings, and awareness materials.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to define and maintain RBAC libraries.
• Lead identity lifecycle and SoD projects across non-finance areas (SAP MM/SD).
• Coordinate with HRBP/BPO and IT to implement centralized RBAC and access controls.
• Monitor and assess access requests, enforce SoD and exception workflows.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for RBAC lifecycle governance.
