EssilorLuxottica Italy is seeking an EHS Wearable - Electric, Electronics, Equipment, Products Manager to develop and implement global EHS policies with BU EHS, R&D, Quality and Compliance, EPR, Sourcing and Logistics.

You will lead training, ensure regulatory compliance, define vendor requirements, support audits, and coordinate EHS activities across Retail, Wholesale, and Production with travel as required. Fluent English and 5+ years in EHS roles are essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in EHS related roles.
• Degree in a relevant EHS discipline.
• Knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation methodologies.
• Fluent in English written and spoken.
• Experience in developing, maintaining and implementing written EHS programs and processes, tools, and materials.
• Availability to travel.
• Ability to work in group and influence others.

Mansioni

• Participate in the Stage and Gate process led by Quality and Compliance for new EEE product launches to identify EHS challenges.
• Participate in new market expansion approval processes for EEE products.
• Develop training materials for all employees involved to ensure understanding of EHS programs.
• Define and communicate mandatory training requirements for specific job roles (shipping).
• Define procedures for return of electrical and electronic products in line with legal requirements.
• Develop and implement procedures for WEEE management in line with legal requirements.
• Define EHS requirements in contracts with vendors/suppliers.
• Ensure EHS compliance in production processes.
