Zentiva is seeking a Category Manager – Transportation Inbound & Outbound to design and execute a global sourcing strategy for freight, warehousing, and distribution in a highly regulated pharmaceutical context.

You will lead supplier relationships, drive cost savings, and ensure ESG and regulatory compliance while collaborating with procurement, quality, regulatory affairs, and finance across Europe and global operations.

Competenze

• Master's degree in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in procurement or category management.
• Experience building and deploying global category strategies.
• Strong negotiation experience with high-value tenders.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills in cross-functional environments.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a global transport and distribution sourcing strategy.
• Manage SRM with global logistics providers and 3PLs.
• Collaborate with Procurement CoE, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives and optimize working capital.
• Embed ESG criteria and ensure GDP/compliance in sourcing.
