Zentiva is seeking a Category Leader – IT to shape and execute sourcing strategies for IT hardware, software, cloud services, and licensing. You will lead end-to-end procurement activities, drive supplier negotiations, and collaborate with IT, Digital, Finance, and Compliance to enable digital transformation.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Pharmacy or related discipline.
• Typically, 3-6 years of Procurement experience with hands-on responsibility for sourcing, supplier management and contract administration in Indirect procurement.
• Experience in pharma or regulated manufacturing is an advantage.
• Advanced negotiation, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
• Strong ability to run sourcing events, assess bids, and ensure smooth supplier onboarding and contracting.
• Proficient with P2P/S2C processes and systems; supplier onboarding and performance tracking.
• Practical exposure to working with Quality/Regulatory requirements in purchasing contexts.
• Strong IT category strategy, SRM, and complex negotiations.
• Ability to operate in cross-functional and international environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop and update the Global IT category strategy with procurement leadership.
• Gather IT requirements, demand forecasts, and consumption patterns.
• Execute category plans and lead sub-category activities (RFIs/RFPs, bid, supplier evaluation) per strategy.
• Conduct commercial evaluations, pricing analysis, benchmarking, and TCO.
• Ensure structured supplier selection processes and compliant contracts.
• Lead SRM, monitor supplier performance with KPIs, and manage risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with IT, Digital, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
• Support major IT programs (ERP deployments, cloud, infra transformations).
• Contribute to governance and decision forums.
