Zentiva Poland in Italy is seeking a Global Category Manager for General & Administratives to design and oversee sourcing strategies across HR services, travel, events, and fleet. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost efficiency while ensuring compliance and sustainability.

The role requires a master’s degree and 8–12 years of experience in strategic sourcing, with strong negotiation and project leadership skills.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in procurement, business, HR, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management.
• Experience in G&A categories within pharma or FMCG preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a global sourcing strategy for People & Organization, Travel, Events, and Car Fleet.
• Lead supplier consolidation, cost efficiency and sustainable procurement initiatives.
• Design SRM framework with KPIs and governance.
• Collaborate with CoE, P&O, Finance, Legal, and Compliance on procurement transformation.
