Moncler in Milan, headquartered in Italy, seeks a Transport Operations Control Specialist to join the Transport team. The role oversees end-to-end shipments of finished goods, components, and materials, coordinating with freight forwarders and internal partners to ensure KPI attainment and timely actions.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics within a multinational company.
• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Management Engineering.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience in monitoring and analyzing KPIs and implementing corrective actions.

Mansioni

• Oversee and coordinate transportation activities, ensuring end-to-end shipment management for finished goods, components, and materials.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and internal departments to monitor KPIs and SLAs and define corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain coordination and monitoring tools, facilitate internal meetings, and keep action plans updated with timelines.
• Define and implement new tools, processes, projects, and SOPs to improve service quality, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability.
