Moncler Group is seeking a Warehouse Service Provider Operations Specialist based in Castel San Giovanni to join the HQ logistics team. You will ensure consistent execution of HQ logistics operations and collaborate with key departments to optimize workflows.

You will analyze data, report KPIs, manage ERP transactions, and coordinate with logistics partners to maintain service levels. Fluent English is required; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering or similar.
• Ability to work independently and in teams with a hands-on approach.
• Problem solving and results orientation.
• Good communication, attention to detail and collaborative attitude.
• Excellent organizational and technical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); other languages are an advantage.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Data analysis and reporting of main logistics KPIs.
• Participation in the optimization of operational processes and improvement of warehouse SOPs.
• Managing relationships with logistics partners to ensure service level compliance through daily monitoring of inbound and outbound flows at warehouses.
• Execution of customer orders for both raw materials and finished products.
• Support and execution of transactions in the ERP (delivery notes, invoices, etc.).
• Accurately register inventory, shipment, and operation data in the system, generating and managing reports as required.
• Manage return of goods from external sources, ensuring accuracy in inventory management.

Overview

For our Moncler Worldwide Warehouse Department we are looking for a Warehouse Service Provider Operations Specialist based in Castel San Giovanni (PC).

Your Impact

As part of the HQ logistics team, you will hold a corporate position, working closely with key departments to ensure the consistent execution of HQ logistics operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Data analysis and reporting of main logistics KPIs
• Participation in the optimization of operational processes and improvement of warehouse SOPs
• Managing relationships with logistics partners to ensure service level compliance through the daily monitoring of inbound and outbound flows at warehouses
• Execution of customer orders for both raw materials and finished products
