Job summary

Medtronic plc seeks a Training & Education Manager to drive clinical and technical training for robotics sales and implementation across Western Europe. You will design and deploy programs for new hires, partner with field management, and travel up to 70% in Europe while delivering hands-on training at times in Strasbourg, FR.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in related fields, strong communication, and leadership skills in a multicultural matrix.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years in medical device sales/marketing, clinical training or related fields.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with evaluation, training delivery and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and bridge skill gaps across regions.
• Design and deliver clinical and technical training using blended methods.
• Partner with Global/Regional teams to develop courses aligned to goals.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and outcomes.
• Collaborate across departments to foster a culture of learning.
