Job summary

Saipem is seeking a Training Coordinator based in Milano to design, deliver, and assure technical training programs for EPC and operations and maintenance projects. You will work under the Head of Training Department and be part of ENCAR, driving workforce competency while managing budgets and coordinating with clients and vendors.

Education requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical preferred) with minimum 5 years’ experience in oil & gas or related sectors.

Qualifications

• Master's or bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in training coordination in energy sectors.
• Experience with international standards (OPITO, STCW, API, ISO, NORSOK).
• Proficiency with LMS and digital training tools.
• Strong budgeting and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse training requirements during ITB phase.
• Prepare training proposals and cost estimates.
• Coordinate Training Plan, Schedule, and Matrix.
• Coordinate external training providers and facilities.
• Manage and monitor the training budget.
• Record and report training activities; certify completions.
