Luigi Lavazza SPA is seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to support development and execution of commercial strategies across International Markets. You will link Marketing and Sales, turning market data into actionable insights to drive growth and profitability across channels.

In this role you will analyze data, monitor KPIs, prepare reports for management, and support distributors with insights and tools.

Competenze

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into actionable insights.
Solid understanding of pricing, promotions, profitability and commercial dynamics.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; knowledge of BI and market-data tools is a plus.

Mansioni

Analyze market, category, competitor and channel performance data to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
Monitor KPIs and dashboards to track commercial performance and measure the effectiveness of key initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentations for management, translating complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
Support Sales in commercial discussions with distributors by providing insights, analyses and tools.
Evaluate promotional activities and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and return on investment.
Work on revenue management activities, focusing on promotions, pricing guidelines and performance tracking.
Contribute to annual planning processes, business reviews and strategic commercial projects.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other cross-functional teams to support the execution of commercial strategies.
