Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Italy to lead hardware and software product development programs, coordinating R&D, procurement, production and operations to deliver on time and within budget. You will work with the Project Leader and Directors to shape the product roadmap, assess timelines, allocate resources and drive teams toward milestone success.

Fluent Italian and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary programs in industrial groups.
• Experience with hardware and software product development projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and control assigned projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Coordinate R&D hardware/software teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, WBS, and schedules.
• Identify risks and manage cost estimates and forecasts.
• Lead milestone meetings and ensure alignment with roadmap.
