Job summary

Confidential seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead hardware and software developments from concept to market release, coordinating R&D, procurement, production and other functions.

The role requires strong leadership and the ability to drive trade-offs between requirements, timelines and cost while aligning with the product roadmap and company goals. Travel may be required, and a Master’s degree in engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multidisciplinary programs in industrial groups.
• Experience dealing with technical suppliers and system integration.
• Knowledge of project planning, control and risk management tools and methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project activities per plan and budget.
• Verify the completeness and clarity of initial input documentation to set up the project.
• Prepare the project plan and schedules with the Work Breakdown Structure and maintain plans.
• Identify project risks and assess their impact across the project duration.
• Update cost estimates and forecasts, manage financial aspects including invoices.
• Manage relationships with R&D, Product Management, Procurement and Production as main stakeholders.
• Coordinate Project Milestone Meetings and drive the team to hit milestones.
• Note: Product Life Cycle is not within responsibilities.
