KIKO MILANO is seeking a Total Reward Manager to join its Global HR Team. The role designs, implements, and manages global HR and reward initiatives to support employee experience and organizational goals.

You will collaborate with the HR community to develop wage benchmarks, design compensation and benefits programs, and support performance management and salary reviews across regions. Strong analytics and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Competenze

• Degree ideally in a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position for a global organization or consulting firm
• Workday knowledge is highly desirable
• Fluent English knowledge (written and verbal)
• Strong Project Management knowledge
• Strong analytical and presentation skills

Mansioni

• Conduct job evaluations and role mappings using established banding systems.
• Partner with the global HR community to develop internal wage benchmarks and align reward practices with business objectives.
• Design, implement and maintain global compensation and benefits programs, including base salary, variable pay, equity and benefits.
• Perform market benchmarking and internal equity analysis to ensure competitive structures.
• Support global Performance Management and Salary Review processes and annual compensation reviews.
• Develop and maintain Global HR KPI dashboards and provide data-driven insights.
• Coordinate and administer global mobility programs with compliance to local regulations.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Payroll to ensure reward program adherence.
• Maintain and optimize HRIS systems for accurate compensation and benefits data.
