Manpower Professional, on behalf of a leading company operating in the design and manufacturing of machinery and processing systems, seeks an International Technical Sales Engineer to join its international sales team.

You will develop relationships across the USA, Central America, and South America, coordinating with distributors, traveling internationally, and driving technical-commercial proposals from initial inquiry to order confirmation, to support growth in a dynamic global environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in international sales of technical products or engineered solutions.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Proven ability to manage distributors/agents and complex B2B sales processes.
• Strong commercial mindset with a customer-oriented, consultative approach.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop assigned international distributors and sales agents.
• Coordinate and schedule customer visits with local partners.
• Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Prepare technical-commercial proposals for standalone machines and complete plants.
• Negotiate terms and manage the sales process through order confirmation.
• Coordinate with engineering, production and service for project execution.
• Monitor order progress and provide updates to customers and distributors.
• Support post-sales activities, including maintenance and service requests.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding opportunities in assigned territories.
