Job summary

Qualcomm Europe, Inc. Italy Branch Office is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a group of related projects within the Engineering Services Group.

You’ll align objectives, scope, and roadmap with business goals, and develop program plans, milestones, and success metrics while coordinating across projects. You’ll work on strategy, coordination, and execution, track KPIs, report to stakeholders, and manage risks and interdependencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Fluency in English; Italian is a strong plus.
• Occasional travel for meetings, events, and user engagements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of related projects and ensure alignment with objectives, scope, product roadmap and business goals.
• Develop program plans, milestones and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies across projects.
• Track program progress, KPIs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
