Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking an SCM Planner to manage replenishment from production sites and suppliers for the Lombardy region, coordinating with global teams as needed. The role focuses on aligning capacity with demand, solving supply issues, and maintaining planning data.

The candidate will drive stock and service level improvements and collaborate in an international, intercultural environment. A Bachelor’s in business or industrial engineering and 2–3 years in SCM planning are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in business administration or industrial engineering.
2–3 years’ experience in SCM planning.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of ERP/Planning systems (SAP, IBP).
Very good English skills (B2).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage replenishment from production sites and suppliers as single contact for region.
Define short- to mid-term capacity needs and align capacity with demand.
Communicate and resolve supply issues and take allocation decisions during bottlenecks.
Manage phase-in/phase-out with Category SCM and local SCMs.
Aim to achieve agreed stock and service levels for the region.
Maintain planning master data and define optimal safety stock levels.
