Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions is seeking a Central Supply Planner to manage replenishment from production sites and suppliers, ensuring on-time deliveries and optimal stock levels in the Milan region. The role requires collaboration across regions and a strong background in SCM planning.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor in business/industrial engineering and 2–3 years of SCM planning experience, with excellent Excel skills and knowledge of ERP/SAP IBP.

Competenze

• Bachelor in business and administration or in industrial engineering (University or University of applied sciences
• 2/3 years’ experience in SCM Planning Dept ideally in consumer goods company or B2B
• Excel mastery and deep user knowledge in Microsoft Outlook,Word, Powerpoint
• Knowledge of relevant ERP (MRP, parameters, Logics) and relevant Planning systems (SAP, IBP, ..)
• Very good English skills, minimum B2 level
• Strong customer oriented approach and Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong Communication skills enjoying working in international and intercultural environment
• Strong drive, proactive, result-oriented and eager to learn

Mansioni

• Managing the replenishment from production sites and/or suppliers and follows up deliveries. Being the single contact per production site/supplier purchasing for all organizations in their region and exceptionally also for other regions in case of international suppliers.
• Defines supply capacity needs (short-mid term). Checks available capacity against demand and initiates measures at production and suppliers to match capacity with demand.
• Communicates, manages, and solves actual and potential supply issues and take allocation decisions in case of bottleneck.
• Manages phase-in/ phase-out situations in alignment with Category SCM and local SCMs.
• Responsible to achieve agreed stock levels and Service levels for his/her region.
• Maintains and periodically reviews planning master data.
• Responsible to define the optimal safety stock levels in all countries for his/her categories responsibilities, in alignment with local SCMs.
• Provides input to procurement on supplier performance, if managing Supply Planning from external suppliers.
