Joveo is seeking a Senior Associate (Partnerships Manager) to own and grow global supply partnerships for its AI-driven recruitment platform. You will identify untapped supply channels, negotiate commercial terms, and launch integrations that deliver candidates quickly.

Expect cross-functional work with Product, Tech, Sales, and CXO-level exposure. Responsibilities include end-to-end lifecycle management from partner discovery to live campaigns, performance analysis, and automation of reporting.

Competenze

• 2+ years in partnerships, supply ops, business operations, or client-facing roles in SaaS/Ad Tech/HR Tech.
• You've negotiated a deal, not just supported one, and own a number.
• You can spot patterns in messy spreadsheets and act quickly.

• Own relationships that impact revenue, reach, and performance across global markets.
• Negotiate terms and launch partnerships with new publishers and channels.
• Unblock integrations with Product/Tech for high-value partner launches.
• Build automation to reduce manual reporting and scale operations.
