Joveo seeks a Senior Associate (Partnerships Manager) to own relationships that directly impact revenue and platform performance across global markets. You will spot untapped supply channels, negotiate terms, and have partnerships live within days, not weeks.

Day-to-day work involves negotiating contracts, coordinating with Product/Tech for integrations, and building automation to eliminate manual reporting.

Competenze

• 2+ years in partnerships, supply ops, business operations, or client-facing roles—ideally in SaaS, Ad Tech, HR Tech, or recruitment advertising.
• You've negotiated a deal and own a number, not just supported one.
• You spot patterns in data and translate them into action.
• You can context-switch between calls, data pulls, and strategy documents without losing momentum.
• You automate inefficient processes and embrace ambiguity at startup speed.
