Joveo is seeking a Senior Associate (Partnerships Manager) to own and grow a global supply partnership network. You will spot untapped channels, negotiate terms, and drive end-to-end integrations that accelerate revenue and platform performance across markets.

The role blends relationship management with operational execution, requiring hands-on deal making, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Tech, Sales, and CXO leadership.

Competenze

• 2+ years in partnerships, supply ops, business operations, or client-facing roles in SaaS/HR tech/recruitment advertising.

Mansioni

• Analyze partner performance data and diagnose underperformance.
• Negotiate terms with new publishers and close deals.
• Collaborate with Product/Tech to unblock integrations and launches.
• Build automation to reduce manual reporting and improve velocity.
• Present partner growth roadmap to leadership and secure buy-in.
