DSJ Global is seeking a Supply Chain & Distribution Centre Director to command Italy's end-to-end supply chain, including a 20,000 sqm distribution centre. Reporting to the CFO, you will drive operational excellence, service levels and regulatory compliance within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

You will manage a team of ~50 professionals, oversee planning, inventory, logistics and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with Finance, Commercial, Quality and Global

Competenze

• Extensive leadership in supply chain, logistics or distribution.
• Experience managing large-scale warehousing and DC operations.
• Background in pharmaceuticals or regulated industries is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in transformation and continuous improvement.

Mansioni

• Lead Italy's end-to-end supply chain strategy.
• Direct all activities within a 20,000 sqm distribution centre operation.
• Manage and develop a team of approx. 50 supply chain, warehouse and logistics professionals.
• Ensure excellent service levels and product availability across Italy.
• Own inventory management, demand planning, supply planning and distribution performance.
• Drive operational excellence, productivity improvements and cost optimisation.
• Develop KPIs, performance metrics and governance processes.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Quality, Regulatory and Global Supply Chain teams.
• Lead transformation, digitalisation and continuous improvement programmes.
• Ensure full GDP compliance and regulatory standards.
• Act as a key member of the Italian leadership team.
