ABB is seeking an experienced project-focused engineer to lead multi-location product development activities on site in Italy. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive milestones, and ensure alignment with customer value and ABB’s gate process from change requests to sales release.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing technologies.
• Confident using PLM systems (Windchill), SAP, MS Office, and 2D/3D CAD tools.
• Excellent command of English; fluent Italian and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects and activities through product life cycle after release for sales.
• Coordinate multi-location cross-functional teams; monitor resources and milestones.
• Control costs, schedules and objectives; manage interdependencies across workstreams.
• Ensure customer value understanding; balance internal and customer requirements.
• Manage change requests, risks, and communications; align with ABB gate model.
• Transition new products from development to operations with complete documentation.
