Amplifon SPA in Milan is seeking a Global Strategy, Business Development & M&A Internship for 6 months starting October 2026. You will join the Global Strategy, Business Development & M&A team on a fast-paced transformation program with international exposure and growth opportunities.

You’ll support cross-functional strategic initiatives, help drive revenue growth, and develop business insights to inform strategy. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and English fluency are required.

Competenze

• Master’s student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
• Strong interest in strategy, consulting, and business development in international environments
• Analytical mindset with ability to structure problems and interpret data
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• English language required; other languages a plus

For our Global Headquarters inMilan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join ourGlobal Strategy, Business Development & M&A team.You will have the opportunity to work in a big transformation project in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Supporting the identification, planning, and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives with high business impact
• Contributing to projects aimed at driving revenue growth, including new products & services, partnerships, geographic expansion, and continuous improvement of existing processes
• Assisting in the analysis and development of business insights to support new business models and channels, contributing to the definition of strategy and execution plans
• Collaborating with different teams and countries to support the implementation of key initiatives
• Providing operational support in change management activities related to strategic projects
• Conducting market research and benchmarking to identify industry trends and assess their potential impact on the business
• Preparing presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations

You are the right person if you:

• Are a Master’s student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
• Have a strong interest in strategy, consulting, and business development in international environments
• Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and interpret data
• Have a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Are able to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams
• Have strong communication and presentation skills
• Possess good commands of Excel and PowerPoint
• Speak English; any additional languages are a plus

• 1000€ as monthly gross reimbursement.
• Full time experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you’ll be working with!).
