Job summary
Legends Global in Milan, Bergamo and Cantù is seeking a Partnership Sales Manager to drive sponsorship revenue and grow a robust client portfolio within sports and entertainment.
You will lead consultative sales conversations, develop tailored partnerships, deliver compelling proposals, and work closely with the VP Commercial and local teams to maximize opportunity and establish lasting relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in sponsorship, sales, business development, or client-facing roles in sports/entertainment.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent Italian and English; ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, organized; manage multiple prospects and projects.
- CRM experience, preferably Salesforce; data-driven with market insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Drive sponsorship revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Build and nurture strategic client relationships and a strong pipeline.
- Lead consultative sales conversations and tailor partnership solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with VP Commercial and local teams to align priorities.
- Utilise market research and data insights to refine targeting.
- Represent Legends across industry and at events.
