Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Partnership Sales Manager in Milan, Bergamo, and Cantu to drive sponsorship revenue and build lasting client relationships in the sports and entertainment sectors.

You will engage with active sponsorship properties and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to grow a high-impact commercial network. This role requires strong Italian and English communication, consultative selling, and a proactive, data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven sponsorship, sales or business development experience in sports/venue/live events.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling with Italian and English fluency.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple prospects.
• Commercially minded with data-driven approach and CRM usage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sponsorship revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities.
• Build and nurture strategic client relationships and develop a robust pipeline.
• Lead consultative sales conversations and tailor partnership solutions.
• Develop and deliver compelling proposals, decks, and materials.
• Utilize Salesforce and reporting tools to manage data and pipeline.
• Collaborate with VP Commercial and local/strategy teams to align priorities.
• Leverage market insights to refine targeting and sales strategy.
• Represent Legends and its clients at events, tours, meetings, and activations.
